Severe caries in childhood affects several teeth in both arches and occurs in children under 05 years of age. The lesion spreads and in many cases compromises the dental pulp.
Oral rehabilitation restores the different functions lost due to the destruction and absence of teeth. Thanks to the rehabilitation, a correct dental and maxillary development is ensured.

We share the case of a 4-year-old girl who presented coronal destruction in several teeth. She was rehabilitated with steel crowns, celluloid crowns, orthodontic treatment and removable partial dentures.
